Our Team​

Susan McGee and Deborah Baker established Baker McGee Consulting in 2006 in order to provide capacity building solutions to nonprofit organizations. Over time, we have added services to meet the needs of our clients.  In 2018, Alexis Allegra joined Susan and Deborah as a collaborative partner to lend expertise in the areas of program development and support.
